Pure Aura Healthcare is a fast-growing multi-clinic dental network operating Apollo Dental franchise clinics across Bangalore — Sarjapur Road, Harlur, Yamare, Varthur, and Kadugodi (launching soon). The Role
As a Resident Dentist at Pure Aura, you will be the clinical heartbeat of one of our branches. You will treat patients, build trust, and identify cases that need our in-house MDS specialists. This is a purely clinical role — no admin headaches, no collections, no staff management. Your focus is what you trained for: dentistry done well, performed at pace, with a team that has your back.
This is not a clock-in, clock-out role. We are looking for doctors who want to build something — patients who keep coming back, a personal reputation that grows month over month, and earnings that climb with performance. If that sounds like you, you will fit in fast.
What You'll Do
🔹 Provide high-quality general dentistry — fillings, RCTs, extractions, scaling, preventive care, and more 🔹 Build genuine patient trust using our 90-Second Trust Protocol and P.A.I.N.T. case-presentation framework (full training provided) 🔹 Identify and refer specialist cases to our in-house MDS team (Ortho, Endo, Prostho, Implants, Oral Surgery, Perio, Paedo, Radiology) 🔹 Maintain same-day clinical documentation in our digital PMS 🔹 Work with a supportive team: Clinic In-Charge, Dental Assistants, Front Desk, and visiting MDS Specialists
Who We're Looking For
✅ BDS with a minimum of 2 years of post-internship clinical experience (freshers will not be considered for this role) ✅ Valid Karnataka State Dental Council registration (or willingness to transfer) ✅ Independently confident on routine GP procedures — fillings, RCTs, extractions, scaling, prosthetic preps ✅ Hungry to grow — you want your earnings, your skills, and your reputation to climb every quarter ✅ Strong work ethic — you understand that great clinical careers are built, not handed ✅ Excellent patient communication — warm, honest, and confident ✅ Fluency in English and Kannada (Hindi/Telugu is a strong plus) ✅ A team mindset and a patient-first attitude

- You see dentistry as a 10-to-6 job and not a craft worth mastering
- You prefer fixed salary over performance-linked earnings
- You are not yet comfortable handling routine procedures independently

What You'll Earn
💰 Fixed Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience and clinical assessment) 💰 Treatment Incentive:5% on all your own treatments — uncapped
💰 Referral Incentive: 2% on every case you refer to our MDS specialists
💰 Performance Bonuses: Monthly + quarterly bonuses for hitting targets
💰 New Joiner Guarantee: ₹15,000/month minimum incentive for the first 3 months — zero pressure while you settle in
💰 Loyalty Bonus: ₹10,000–₹15,000 on completing 1 year
💰 Annual Increment: 8–12% based on performance
🌟 Realistic Total Earnings:
- Steady performer: ₹68,000/month (₹8.5L/year)
- Good performer: ₹79,000/month (₹9.9L/year)
- Star performer: ₹91,000+/month (₹11.4L+/year)
Final offer based on experience, clinical assessment, and interview performance. Top performers consistently earn above the listed range.
